I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 7:00 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - 1 hour Walk
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate Irfan's combo and some carbs for tea
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - No go
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Eat supplements
- Sleep at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
Today I start to exercise again. Let start counting the streak.
Sorry honey, I had been busy with all these online transactions. All are related to customer service. I hate chat support, in the end the problem had to be escalated to another department.
I only slept for 3 hours.
Nothing much now. I wonder, will you eventually fade away or are you gonna be with me for the long haul?
Really honey, I am now focusing on personal pursuit. Today is day one for me all over again.
