14/6/19 ***Coming back with vengeance


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am  - On the dot
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Brisk walk for 1 hour
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Eat supplements and KFC chicken
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon 
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm 
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm 
That's the minimum to win the day.


I woke up with a slight headache.  Gonna do it.  Gonna make it all green today.  If hungry eat Moringa.

That's all that matters now.  Food management and exercise.  I got to beat Ameezan and Rohaizad.  I got to be thin and fast.

Today I start fresh.  I have symptoms of inflammation at my right wrist.

I got to look good, feel good and smell good.

Silly me.  I can spend RM210 on Els and yet I hesitate to buy myself a RM329 watch.  Something is seriously wrong here.

That's it.  No more Els, a waste of money.  Imagine I planned to buy her a RM100 book that she might not even read.

I tweaked my eating schedule a bit.  Instead of not eating at all until lunch, I ate vitamin C before exercise and Moringa after exercise.  I just do it for a while to see the effects.

All these so that I don't crave for carbs.

I got to get rid of the inflammation.  Being thin is a question of survival.

I rather be hungry then suffers the pain.

No more 3-in-1 coffee and Hari Raya cookies.  I have to stay committed.
