28/6/19 ^^^If it is to be then it is up to me

Stick to the Red Formula:

18/1/19 The Red Formula   So  I am talking about getting rid of the 3 Cs by tackling the SS through 16/8 LCHF and sweating am/pm.

So far I succeeded in refraining myself from the 3 Cs.  I had the urge for them when I am depressed. 

In order for me not to be depressed, I MUST NOT TAKE SUGAR AND STARCH.

Even exercise makes me depress if I push myself too hard.  I should start with moderate effort.

Now I should open myself to the Nasi Van option.  I need to start eating quality food again.  Stick with the Super 7.

No more Ramadan.

I also need to start eliminating sugar from my diet.  I will feel miserable for the first couple of days but after that I will be OK.

What do I do for instant gratification?  I'll eat Moringa, butter and MCT Oil.  Plus I drink water.

I can achieve result in THREE MONTHS:  July, August, September.

I need to overcome depression.  Then I can be thin and fast.

BOTTOM LINE:  I AM ALLERGIC TO SUGAR AND STARCH.
