I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:00 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Brisk walk
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Eat chicken, 2 eggs and cabbage. Eat 3 love letters
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - All dressed up but totally unmotivated
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Fish, rice and banana
- Sleep at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day
I am so motivated today. No bad dreams, no sleep lag. Just pure motivation. My goal is to make it all green today. These are my my markers and I am responsible for it.
I'll read Relentless today.

- Mount 57 by December
- And a full marathon by 2020
I'm gonna do it no matter what.
