I will win 1 day at a time:

  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am  - Woke up at 6:00 am 
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Brisk walk
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Eat chicken, 2 eggs and cabbage.  Eat 3 love letters
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - All dressed up but totally unmotivated
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Fish, rice and banana
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm 
That's the minimum to win the day

I am so motivated today.  No bad dreams, no sleep lag.  Just pure motivation.  My goal is to make it all green today.  These are my my markers and I am responsible for it.

I'll read Relentless today.

Who am I?  I am God Almighty
What is my purpose?  To be a Man Fully Functioning.  To be a man of action
Where am I going?  I am home in White Space.  Make good of that.

I am still aiming for:
  • 10 k Run by September
  • 21 k Run by November
  • Mount 57 by December 
  • And a full marathon by 2020



I'm gonna do it no matter what.
