I am back on my feet. I am watching my diet, exercising and reading again.
This afternoon I will run for 20 minutes. I need to get back to the 10 k Training.
Mood is fantastic considering I only slept for 4 hours.
Certainly I got to stay focus on my goals. I cannot let mediocrity get the best of me.
I got to be relentless if I want to move from being a Closer to a Cleaner. I have to be extraordinary. Unyielding. Unstoppable.
Let's work with the time I have. I got less than 2 weeks to meet Dr Amarpreet. I must show positive signs of improvement.

All dressed up for the afternoon run but totally unmotivated. I count that as NO SHOW. This happened before. Simply no mood.
I got to learn to fight inertia and physical pain. I have to tackle this if I want to be consistent.
