18/6/19 ***A Little Less Conversation


Less talk more action.

I feel great walking today.  Next 2 hour I'm gonna spend time reading.

I had Moringa, Vitamin C and banana. A powerful combo.

I am still aiming for:
  • 10 k Run by September 2019
  • 21 k Run by November 2019
  • Mount 57 by December 2019 
  • And a 4 hours marathon by 2020

This is the Path I am pursuing.  It's a flight plan.  This is the map:

18/1/19 The Red Formula   So  I am talking about getting rid of the 3 Cs by tackling the SS through 16/8 LCHF and sweating am/pm.

Certainly need to get rid of sugar and starch.  Result in 5 weeks.



I got to alternate walking in the morning  and running in the afternoon.
