I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 6.50 am
- Exercise in the morning - Brisk Walk. Mental fatigue,
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate buns for breakfast. Had rice, soybean and starfruit for lunch.
- Do House Chores - Swept the house
- Exercise in the afternoon - Thigh still sore
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate Fried Chicken
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - On the dot
That's the minimum to win the day
Yes, another day, another challenge.
I intend to make this another win. Today is the first day I attempt to become a Shokunin Kurina. Do it immediately, excessively and without excuse.
Absolute Rock really the right choice for the occasion.
Sweat = Bliss. I got to seize it. Embrace it.

I tried running but I was having mental fatigue. Instead I Brisk Walk. After the exercise I was also physically fatigued. So I had some buns and Ribena.
It improved my condition much.
I will persist until I overcome these adversities.

After shower I feel very fresh but the carbs makes *[] feel a little laid back.
* I don't know if I should skip rice for lunch today.
I had fried rice, soybean drink and starfruit juice. Honestly speaking, they feel good especially the star fruit juice.
I don't feel drowsy after meal.

I am the either or person when comes to women. Either I take it to the brink or I totally discard the whole thing like my experience with Els. I am doing the same thing with health. Now I am exploring the possibility of Fuzzy Thinking in diet and exercise.
Can I eat moderate carbs and still lose weight while maintaining a certain athletic performance?
------------------
This afternoon I try the W7D3 again after the carbs intake I had throughout the day.
I think not, my thigh is still sore.
