26/6/19 ^^^The feeling money cannot buy

That is the feeling of serenity after exercise and a hearty shower.

Couple that with Classic Rock, the effect is pretty amazing.  I should have thought [] this sooner.  Now when I sweep the floor or wash the car, I just listen to Classic Rock.

Heck, I don't have to be in Malaysia.  I am transported to Denton, Texas, USA 1986.  I reverse time 33 years back to when I was 22.



Now I am relentless.  I am unstoppable.  I am invincible.

It's not about not being at the top.  It's about going for the climb.  It's about pushing the limit.  It's about the daily wins.  It's about progressing towards the worthy ideal.

TODAY I WILL MAKE IT ALL GREEN.

I will not stop until I reach there.  Thin and fast.  That is my mission for 2019.  I CAN quit cigarettes, cannabis and cunts.  Now to deal with sugar and starch head on.  My weapon is Moringa and butter.

Being a Shokunin Kurina is who I am.  I run, run, run and run and still I take care of the house.  God dammit, this is my house.  It is my responsibility to take care of it.

Man, one Niten Ichi song after another.  I read Relentless in the afternoon.  While I am on the roll here I anchor the Cleaner Mindset as much as I can.  It's like going through a Brain Gym.

I'll do the scrambling, the swish and the anchoring until lunch.  This is too good to pass.  I had found the sweet spot of Classic Rock, which is before 1:00 pm.  By 1:00 pm they start their talk show.  By then I switch to the regular Absolute Radio.  That way I only use Classic Rock as my Activities Anchor.

Well Sarah, my legs are aching but I am motivated as hell.  That is a reminder that I need to sweat on daily basis.  Couple that with the right diet, I should be able to get back on track all over again.

Now no more Ramadan and other distractions.  I can do this Sarah.  I am on my way to scale Mount 57.  Today I no longer feel ravenous.  I had corrected my diet by eating Moringa and butter yesterday.

In the past, my hurdle is the cigarette.  Now without cigarette I have all the resources to pursue my goal.

I am going to run 10 km with BJ.  I got to be equally good or better that him.  Definitely I will avoid smoking dope and cigarettes.  

I am in the process of reversing my metabolic aging by 30 years.

I will race BJ after I hit 57 kg.  For every kg of weight, that is 4 kg of pressure on the knees while running.

I also aiming to be the thinnest among my siblings.

I WILL achieve my goals to be thin and fast.  But first I got to GET RID OF SUGAR AND STARCH.  Those are the things that get on the way of my ultimate aim to achieve HEALTH AND HAPPINESS.

Imagine...  I have the time to REVERSE METABOLIC AGING.  How many people can actually do it even if they want to?  They may have money, but they don't have time.  Or they may have time but they don't have the knowledge.  Or they may have knowledge but they don't [] the will.

I have it all; time, knowledge and will to achieve my dream.  It will be a shame if I fall into mediocrity.
