Now, the biggest challenge is back to enforcing the Red Formula:
18/1/19 The Red Formula So I am talking about getting rid of the 3 Cs by tackling the SS through 16/8 LCHF and sweating am/pm.
The biggest hurdle is to stop taking sugar and starch. I do that by eating butter when I have carbs craving. I will also support that by taking Moringa.
The key to conquer Mount 57; BUTTER.
I had switched back to unsalted butter and I liked it better.
Back to basics. I will eat butter and Moringa before meals.
So what will be a typical lunch? I stick with 2 eggs and a veges. I think I do away with meats and reserve that for dinner.
I need to be fat adapted once again.
And today I will consciously reduce Nicorette.
I need to go easy on the meat. I eat too much protein.

Now a bit about dealing with the Coolers... Better stay clear from them if I want to stay focus. The benchmark is to surpass the Closers. In this case BJ, RR, Lizzie and Princess.
With the Coolers just be an observer. Stop trying to change others. Just focus on changing yourself.
The formula is already in place, now is to execute.

Given enough time we can reach any destination eventually.
I already achieve my 2019 mission to quit the 3 Cs. Now is to quit sugar and starch. The next phase.
Bear in mind you already arrived in White Space. Now to LIVE the life. How many can say they know who they are, what is their purpose and where they are going?
I am already where I want to be. It's time I make good what I have.
