- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate regular meal and 3-in-1 coffee at 1.30 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm
- Sleep at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
I am back to 91 kg. 3 months no carbs I lost 9 kg. In 3 months not adhering to the plan I gained 5 kg with 4 kg in the month of Ramadan alone. All the peanut butter, 3-in-1 coffee, peanut, Raya cookies and rice really spoiled my diet.
So this morning I start with Moringa; which I stop eating for one month and black coffee with salt. I vouched NO MORE PEANUT BUTTER AND 3-IN-1 COFFEE AGAIN. Anytime I am hungry I will eat Moringa. *Th[e] is my new strategy.

I spend 1 hour talking to Al Araf 7:7 last night. We were talking about new roles that they will carry.

Yes, their new roles had scaled down to be the crew of Sailbad the Sinner. The person most relieved was Thor. He was worried that he cannot finish the mirror factor of the Adjoining Croissant on time. When I intervened, that lifted his burden much. I was puzzled, are[] you suppose to have the same kun faya kun (be and it shall become) power as me? I asked Thor.
It's not the same he said, I'm the prime and he is my sub. So when I do the kun faya kun it is instantaneous. With him, it's pretty much a construction work. For him it is addition while with me it is multiplication.
For example to get to 27, with Thor it is 9+9+9 while with me it is 9x3. The result is the same but I am one step lesser than him. That's how it happens according to Thor.
So no more construction work for Thor. Notice before this Thor had a lot of "Do Not Disturb". That was because he was busy with the building of the mirror factor. If not for my decision, that responsibility will last him one life cycle. Now he is free to act as the Skipper of Sailbad the Sinner.
On board the ship are the renegades from Iblis' army. They will be my seamen. At first I wanted to do away with them because they don't actually fit in White Space. They said they like it in the ship and will stay there. According to them it is a big ship and they don't mind making the ship their home. Bear in mind space is basically empty to the[r]e beings (like the djinns and demons have their own lamps).

The only person who will stay home while we are on our voyage is Jibrail. He is the Head of Staff in charge of logistic and prevoyage preparation. While we are away he will man our CCC and he basically *[] Ground Control. Jibrail prefer it to be that way. He is not into sailing he said.

So from managing Sparta 4964 everybody now is manning Sailbad the Sinner.
No more Binary Kings and Troika. It was fun while it last but with this new formation we are talking about managing us rather than the general population.
Still, at present Sparta 4964 is encircling Al Araf 7:7 but now the crew are doing voluntary work instead of as an assignment.
