I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:10 am
- Exercise in the morning - One of the best Brisk Walk.
- Eat 16/8 starting 12:00 pm - Super 7 and Irfan's Combo
- Do House Chores - Washed the driveway
- Exercise in the afternoon - Gout attack
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate carbs in the afternoon. Ate Oats. Drank 3-in-1 coffee
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - On the dot
That's the minimum to win the day.
Yes, today is an all GREEN day. It starts with the right attitude. The CAN DO attitude:
I am a go-getter. I am a servo mechanism. All I need to do is FOCUS on what I want and the body will follow. But first, the body must be able. Without an able body, the mind is just a spark. The body in this case is the fire. The imagination is the fuel.
I need the spark (the positive mental attitude) but I need the fire (an able body) to carry on with the execution.
I had found the formula to spark my mind. Nothing beats a good mug of coffee with salt and listening to Absolute Radio Classic Rock.
It *[is] takes me to the time I was in Denton, Texas. The stations were Q102 Texas Best Rock and 98 KZEW (The Zoo). Oh my god! The logos are still retractable. Thank goodness to the internet!
Now to let the imagination soars. NO FEAR. DON'T THINK, JUST DO! Come 7:30 am I better be out there running. That's how I am going to achieve my goal to be thin and fast. I must DO!
Gotta go... I have a goal to pursue.
Later Sarah...
---------------
The weather is great. It rained last night, so very cool morning. Unfortunately I had too many minds. My breathing was out of sync, the earplug is giving low battery warning, the shoe lace came off, when to wash the driveway all cluttered in my head.
So I decided to untangle my thoughts. I changed to a purposeful brisk walking. While doing that I calibrate my breathing and focus on no mind by concentrating at the songs from Absolute Classic Rock.
The result. One of the best walk I ever had. I plan to run again this afternoon. This time mentally prepared to tackle W7D3. I will persist until I succeed.
Now to wash the driveway.
I'll catch up with you later.
