28/6/19 *** The battle with inflammation

Do the right thing:
  • No sugar and processed starch
  • No more peanut butter
  • No more bread
  • No 3-in-1 coffee
Oh fuck, just stick to the Red Formula and get rid of Nicorette soon.

I have the principle right - eat 16/8 LCHF

Only thing is I add oats at night.  I need the carbs.  The right kind like I need the right kind of fat.

My ace is Moringa.  I have butter and the various oils.

As long as I am NOT HUNGRY I should be OK.

Damn, I was so hungry that I ate all the food that Lizzie brought back from the school feast.

I am on the right track.  On the nights Lizzie cook, I eat LCHF.  On those nights she doesn't cook then it will be the oats.

Definitely the 3-in-1 coffee and the peanut butter sandwich got to go.
