28/6/19 ^^^July to September Routine


  • 6:00 am - Wake up
  • 7:30 am - Run
  • 10:30 am - House Chore
  • 12:00 pm - Super 7 and Nasi Van
  • 6:00 pm - Brisk Walk
  • 8:00 pm - Moringa, butter and oats
  • 11:00 am - Sleep
Moringa, butter and MCT Oil is a must.

Stop Nicorette by tomorrow.

Stay positive:


Start losing weight.

No more 3-in-1 coffee, bread, rice, crackers and peanut butter.

Hang loose.

Focus on becoming a man fully functioning.

Oats for dinner is what I need.  It is filling.  During lunch I eat LCHF.  So now I found something to make me full.

I am also more alert eating oats unlike eating rice which makes me lethargic.



I used to spend a lot of money on cigarettes and food.  Now I don't do both.  So the money I have I can save or  buy supplements.  Looks like even the supplements are unnecessary with Moringa, butter and oats.

Still I will keep buying the supplements because if I don't buy the supplement, I still need to buy things to make me feel good.  But even with supplements I still have gout.

I guess the only supplement that I take is the CHEAP one.  In this case are:
  • MCT Oil
  • Fish Oil
  • Moringa
  • Unsalted Butter
I can do away with:
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin B Complex
  • Magnesium
  • Black Seed Oil
