24/619 ### Day 13 I am Cleaner

I will win 1 day at a time:

  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:24 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - I will strive for W7D2
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate Q Bistro Combo and Super 7  Had 2 Strawberry Peanut Butter Sandwich
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon  - 1 hour Brisk Wlk
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Chicken, veges and Moringa
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - On the dot.
That's the minimum to win the day.

Beginning today I live by the standard that I had set with the Six Points to Winning.

Keep the rule simple but inspirational.

DON'T THINK.  JUST DO!

TODAY WE RUN!  We do W7D2.

Listening to Absolute Rock in the morning is a good move.

I run at 7:30 am no matter what.

Things to do today:

  • Sweep the whole house - No excuse
  • Read Relentless
  • Eat Super Seven
  • Eat Irfan's Combo

It's pressure that creates diamond.  You must move from being comfortable to uncomfortable to reach your infinite potential.

You must love discomfort.  You must look forward to sweat and pain.  PAIN IS MY FRIEND.

WORK IS PLAY.  Think freedom.  Think liberation.

Post run feedback:

I did it!  I broke the dry spell for W7D2.  Equipped with Spotify Classic Rock, I persisted.  It felt good when I overcame adversity,  I AM INVINCIBLE!

Lesson:  Keep pushing the limit of comfort zone.  To be in paradise, you got to go through hell.

It's all in the mind.  Push the body, the mind will follow.  Our potential is more than what we can imagine
