- I made it all GREEN for the 6 Points to Winning
- I can repeat it the next day
If I can do that, I'm on my way to be thin and fast. That equals conquering Mount 57 and running a 4 hours marathon. That equals health and happiness.
It's about diet and exercise:
Exercise is king, nutrition is queen. When you put them together you have a kingdom - Jack Lalane
I am making a slight adjustment. I eat 16/8 but I eat carbs during the day. I only eat LCHF for dinner.
Like today, after a LCHF lunch at 1:00 pm I was still hungry at 2:30 pm. I need carbs to be satiated.

If I want to be a real Cleaner, I still need to do the house chores. I need to set the time for it to be at 3:30 pm everyday.
Cleaners are Masuta Shokunins.
Don't think, just do.
Once I do the house chore I will be glad I did it. I pay *[] dues.
That is part of my daily commitment. It builds the momentum for the afternoon walk.
Fuck... I don't feel like doing it today. The heat just makes me lazy.
* I am really not in the mood baby. I was waiting for you the whole day. I thought you never show up.
--------------------
I just add house chores to my 6 Points to winning. Now it is 7 Points:
I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am
- Exercise in the morning
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm
- Do House Chores
- Exercise in the afternoon
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm
- Sleep at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
Baby, what do you think of my progress so far? I did W7D2 after stalling for one and a half month.
I am back to the 10 k Training! So excited. I can still run.

Hey Sarah. Do you like the Cleaners Unit Alpha Beta?
Otherwise I focus on being an Athlete4Life Cleaner:
So which is it? Is it a team effort or individual?
Or else I simply just be a Shokunin?
None of the above? You don't like the whole idea?
Oh well, I choose the third option then. I perfected the model until I become a Relentless Cleaner.
So sleepy. I think I down some 3-in-1 coffee.
