24/6/19 ***I feel fantastic after the brisk walk

A reminder that I need to sweat morning and afternoon.  Then during dinner I had Moringa.  Not only I feel satiated, a wave of good feeling swept over me.

I didn't sweat after meal either like I usually do when I eat Carbs.

So now all I need to do to get all GREEN is to sleep at 11:00 pm.

I like the whole thing already.  I AM WINNING THE DAY!  Now if only I can eliminate sugar and starch.  I'll try that tomorrow.
