I want to pursue my 6 Winning Points. So I need to stay with 987, the number 1 station.
I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm
- Sleep at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
No more Els either. I got to focus on my own Vision Quest. I cannot afford distractions. I had decided on this since 28/5/19. I had been delaying RIP CORD.
All I wanted is a station that can provide me with Cybernetic Loop. I think 987 and Absolute Rock are the right choices.
I have to CUT OFF from all Coolers. Can't waste time. I am a Cracker Jack Consultant and an Athlete4Life Cleaner in the making. This is my Path. I cannot succumb to mediocrity, wasting time on trivial matters like Talent Coaching. That era is over. Now it's about Virtual Perfection.

It is all about action. With action comes momentum.
I had quit 3 Cs. Now is to follow through with the rest of the Red Formula:
18/1/19 The Red Formula So I am talking about getting rid of the 3 Cs by tackling the SS through 16/8 LCHF and sweating am/pm.
The formula is there. I must believe in my own revelation instead of second guessing my action.
-------------------
Everyday I should be concentrating on my goals; to be thin and fast. I have to be thinking about winning every single day I am alive. It is about the daily wins.
The lighter the better.

What is it in my quiet moment I keep on envisioning?
I imagine I am a runner that keeps on running and enjoying my run unperturbed by what is happening around me. I just run and run and run. Enjoying my physical health and my inner landscape. In that picture I am a lone solitude young runner who runs because he enjoy the sweat and the surrounding environment.
I saw this younger me running around my university campus without care or worry about having to interact with others. I just mind my own business. I have very little possession and I am very contented. I just simply don't care about others. I just live my life one day at a time.
No clutters in my minds about what I want to achieve. I am one with my tiny little world.
Just a runner who enjoys running. That is my ultimate vision.
