25/6/19 ###Mentally ready for tomorrow

I will try W7D3 for tomorrow again.  I gotta keep pushing the limit until I make it.

I plan to complete 10 k Training by the end of July.

Nothing else matters.  I got to be able to run 5 k non stop.  I got to do it immediately within the next 1 month.  In the mean time I got to lose weight.

I told you Sarah, it will be repetitive affirmation.  The result will come as long as I keep persisting.

Don't think of anything else.  Everyday I got to Green the 7 Points to Winning.

I will keep insisting those points until I make it to Mount 57.

I can still feel my thighs aching but I will keep on persisting.  Need to get out of the comfort zone to achieve my infinite potential.

We can do this Sarah.  I am positive about it.  Before this I wasn't sure of what I want.  Now I am very sure of it.

I WANT TO RUN, RUN, RUN AND RUN.  To do that I need to be thin.

I want to experience the bliss.  I want to feel the effect of the endorphin and endocannabinoid in my brain.

Running is my symbol of freedom and achievement.

Tomorrow I will make it all green again.  I got to wash the driveway.  So there is already things I plan to do.

I will eat 2 eggs and veges for lunch.  That is after I eat Moringa and butter.  No sugar and starch.
