26/6/19 ***I am half way to winning the day

I realized that the gout attack is coming back.  So rather that wait until it is unbearable I quickly popped the anti inflammation and the gout pill.

As planned, after lunch I listen to 987.  The music is more relaxing.  Therefore instead of all hyped up, I am more composed to just ramble and read afterward.

This damn gout thing is due to sugar and starch.  I got to cut sugar.  When I was on Keto Diet, for 2 months the gout disappeared.  Now it is back with a vengeance.

These are only setbacks.  They will not stop me from achieving my goals.  If I cannot deal with them now, how do I expect to deal with them for the next 22 years?

Lizzie brought back mee rebus.  So I [] it along with peanut butter sandwich out if obligation (she said she already bought the bread and peanut butter).

Tonight we are experimenting with oats.  It suppose to be good.  Since Lizzie is not cooking tonight, oats is the next best thing to LCHF.  Oats is resistant starch.  In other words its resistant to digestion.

It lower insulin, sugar and cholesterol.

I'm willing to try anything to get rid of the gout.

I need to stay focus with the mission at hand.

One way of the other I will get to the bottom of this diet mystery.  Definitely no sugar and starch.

During the day I stick to Super 7 and 16/8 LCHF.  At night I either do LCHF or resistant starch.

That will be my new protocol.

You know Sarah, I am having pains at various parts of my bodies now.  I need a remedy fast if I am to continue with my exercise regiment tomorrow.
