17/6/19 ^^^Cybernetic Loop with 987 Singapore

What will be a worthy topic to focus on during the evening?

I must say it has to be a calming topic to say the least.

I think I talk about what my present holds.

At present I am healed from any pain emotionally and physically.  Therefore I should not inflict unnecessary pain to myself anymore.

The first rule is to eat right again. 

I begin to believe that the illness that we are having or will have due to the toxins we introduce to our body through the food that we consume.  Thus, to eat quality food is a prerequisite to good health.

I still cannot avoid sugar.  I am still addicted to the sweet stuff.  Therefore this is my real battle.  Not those External Affairs that do not impact me on daily basis.

I need to stay grounded.  80% is diet and 20% is exercise considering I no longer have the need to earn a living.

The way do it is to plan one day ahead; 16/8 LCHF and eat supplements.

I need to take care of food to have the motivation to exercise.

The second rule is to exercise daily.

This is something I got to condition myself.

The third is to regulate sleep.  Of  all the things I need to calibrate, this is the most crucial.

I have to make a point to [to] sleep at 11:00 pm every night and wake up at 6:00 am.  If I got this right, my whole day will fall in place.

Right now I sleep at 3:00 am and wake up at 12:00 pm.  Not good for the blood pressure.

Hey, I need to be thin remember?  Well this is the KPIs

I will win 1 day at a time:

  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am 
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning 
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm 
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon 
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm 
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm 
That's the minimum to win the day.

I got it in theory.  Now to implement the actions.

I'll watch the Lego Movie (the first one) before bed.
