Now begins my role as a Cleaner.  The Unstoppable.

21/6/19 Is my Championship Inaugural.  Gosh it feels so GOOOOOOOD!  I am finally a Cleaner.  I finally execute my Cleaner Moves all in one day.  I will always remember the day as the day I slam dunk the Coolers.

So that is how it feels like to be a Cleaner.  I even slam dunked Colonel Coconut, Glen and Amoi.  Konek even called me after that.

What will be my persona as a Cleaner?  I take this as my symbol:

That is a pretty bad ass looking insignia.  It looks simple and straight to the point

Now in addition to the Musashi 9 Precepts, I have Tim Grover's Relentless 13.  That should do it.

I had decided to move up in my game.  I had made up my mind to cut off from the Coolers.  Therefore I have to stick to my decision.  No more...  It is about Mount 57 and the 2020 Marathon.

I got to thank Tim Grover for his wisdom.  I guess it is only natural that people fear a Cleaner.  I am never a people person anyway.  I am a head on guy and for a long time I felt out of place with the rest.  Now I know I am an eagle raised among chickens.

For a long time I was an eagle trying to teach the chickens to fly.  When I saw Els I thought she was an eaglet.  Turned out she is a homing pigeon.  Well at least she is not a chicken.

OK here is the deal.  I am going to make some drastic changes to my lifestyle starting next week.  Today is the testing phase.

I will reinforce read, run, write repeat.  I can do it if I put my mind to it.  I will start thinking like an athlete.

I'm sure I'll be struggling with it.  My bible will be Relentless.  I think I order a hard copy.  I will read and reread that and Endure.  I will also reread Lose Fat Stay Fit.  

Nope.  Too expensive.  Let me learn to do away with papers.
