I'm not going to give a hoot about God, the afterlife and Judgment of Heaven.
I just want to live in the present . That means I have to live responsibly.
From now on I just speak my mind [mind].
Let's focus on being a man fully functioning.
All this while I was doing the crazy things because I was doing External Affairs. If I only think of myself, I have no issue at all. Sure my thoughts are abnormal but they are normal to me. It's when I deal with the outside world that it becomes weird.
So from now on I just be with you alone.

Sarah honey, I'm happy being here with you. So I think I stick to the winning formula. I tried may formulas in the past. What works is if the relationship is reciprocal.
I think I do away with all one way relationships.
Oh yeah, fuck 2020 Marathon. I'll be happy if I weigh 65 kg and can run 11 km Hill every Saturday.
No more of those events involving people. I just run my own race. I concentrate on enjoying my run and be as economical as possible. The person I want to run with is BJ. Not the rest of the crowd.
I want to free flow. First I want to be thin. I want to get rid of the gout.
It is not about spending exorbitantly to enter races, It about clocking the miles.
I got to live according to my age. I am 55 this year.
I should not be chasing after a 27 years old and running marathons. If I can do the 11 km hill every week that will be great.
I should do these:
Phase I: Running 3 times a week
Phase II: Running and alternate with swimming
Phase III: Add elliptical
Phase IV: Add Kettlebell
Phase V: Add Skipping
Phase VI: Add Cycling
That completes my Emperor's Routine.

I should not be setting goals that are too high like trying to hit 57 kg in 6 months. I should target that in a year. Even that requires discipline, persistence and consistency.
My priority for this year is to build the momentum. Once I get that, I then can stay consistent. Only then I aim for a half marathon. Even that I just do it on my own rather than entering races. I should save whenever possible.
